Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 


Return Policy

TIADS is dedicated to our customer’s 100% satisfaction. We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and you notify us within 30 days of product receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned product is subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid.

To start a return, email us at sales@tiads.com and provide the following:

1. Your order #
2. The items you wish to return
3. The reason for returning them

Please wait for instruction before shipping the item back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tiads.com and wait for a response before sending you item back to us.


Shipping on Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
