Back in our school days, we learned an amazing amount of information. We often wondered why on earth we were paying so much money to learn it and promptly forgot a lot after Boards. Today it's becoming more and more obvious the information was more important than we thought or put into actual practice. Too often our days are somewhat like the plot of the movie Groundhog Day; we wake up day after day hearing Sonny & Cher singing I Got You Babe. Patient after patient, our chart notes and care are pretty much the same prophy/exam, prophy/exam, prophy/exam/4BWX, little bleeding, needs to floss more.
